- What kind of network connectivity does Lizard Hill have?
- We have dual attached 10 Gigabit redundant connections to all of our servers.
- Can I SSH or Telnet into the server to maintain my account?
- SSH is supported, telnet is not.
- Does FTP or Email traffic count toward my monthly bandwidth allotment?
- There are no monthly bandwidth limits.
- Does SQL, FTP or Email count toward my account space allotment?
- Yes, all content stored on our servers counts toward the space allotment.
- Do I get my own IP address for my account?
- No, all accounts are on shared IP's. Email support@lizardhill.com if you have a special case that requires a dedicated IP.
- How do I setup subdomains, ie: jokes.mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com?
- This may be done through your control panel in the domain administration section.
- How do I setup a custom error page?
- This may be done through your control panel under custom error messages
- When I try to send an email through your server, I get a message "Relaying Denied". How do I fix this?
- All email being sent requires authentication. Please refer to our email setup guide in the Knowledgebase
- When I try to check email via POP3, I get a login or password incorrect message. What am I doing wrong?
