What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal.
What domain extensions do you support?
You may host a domain using any domain extension. Lizard Hill does not provide domain registration, so you will register and maintain the domain with a domain registrar and point its DNS to your Lizard Hill hosting account.
How quickly is my account set up?
Most accounts are set up within about ten minutes. Orders flagged for fraud prevention or manual review may take longer.

Can I change from monthly billing to a longer term?
Yes. You can request a billing-cycle change through the client area or by opening a support ticket.
Are there setup fees?
No. Our hosting plans do not have setup fees.
Are there extra bandwidth or storage fees?
Bandwidth is unlimited. Each hosting plan includes a defined amount of storage, and you can upgrade when you need more space.
Is it safe to enter my payment information online?
Yes. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Lizard Hill does not store your full card number.
Can I use Lizard Hill hosting from Windows, macOS, or Linux?
Yes. You can manage and use your hosting account from any modern operating system and web browser.
